Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner, based in Penrith, NSW. The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting patient consultations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing health checks, and managing chronic diseases. Additionally, the practitioner will coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and ensure a high standard of patient-centric care. The responsibility includes documenting patient care accurately and complying with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills to diagnose and manage various health conditions and diseases
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and applying best practices in evidence-based medicine
Adaptability in managing a diverse patient population and addressing individual health needs
Relevant medical certifications and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Commitment to professional development and continuing medical education
Experience working in primary care or general practice is advantageous
